Enjoy the tangy-sweet goodness of our sweet and sour pork recipe. A delightful Asian-inspired dish that's simply irresistible!
800g Pork Tenderloin
125g Sugar
6 tbsp Ketchup
100ml Apple Cider Vinegar
1 ½ tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 ½ tsp Garlic
1 Onion
1 tbsp Ginger
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
Salt & Pepper
Dice your onion and garlic then chop the pork into bite size chunks.
Begin by frying the pork in some oil until it has browned this should take roughly 5 minutes once cooked set aside on a separate plate.
Then add the onion and garlic to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
Add the ginger and chilli and continue to fry for another 2 mins.
Add the soy sauce, apple cider, ketchup and brown sugar and mix to combine until you make a sauce.
Add the pork back in to the pan to heat through. Serve with rice, now dig in.
